Strategic Planning Webinar
This session will take you through a few different approaches to developing a strategic plan.
At the end of this session you’ll have:
– A clear direction on your approach to planning
– An understanding of how important environmental scans and trend analysis are
– Why it’s so important to take the time to consider ‘who’s in the room’
